CB&E’s vertical balers are manufactured of the highest quality to deliver long life, superior reliability, the heaviest possible bales, optimal levels of safety, and the lowest maintenance cost.
Heavy Duty Construction
Heavy-duty structural steel is utilized in the construction of frame, platen, floor, bridge beam and cylinder mount, eliminating any structural failures. All metal-on-metal contact areas are lined with replaceable UHMW wear strips that allow for positive contact while eliminating excessive metal wearing. All components are assembled in jigs and fixtures — and all welded components meet or exceed American Welding Society specifications, ensuring the tightest tolerances in the industry and allowing direct replacement of components in the field. Our vertical balers come in a variety of standard and custom designs to suit the varying requirements of numerous businesses, from hotels and hospitals to manufacturing facilities and supermarkets.
Vertical Baler Models
V73HD
When the opening of a standard size Vertical Baler is not quite big enough, the V73HD is the design of choice. When the baler footprint is less of a concern and large bale sizes/ weights are more of a priority, this baler is the right choice. It measures 72” wide with 30” & 40” depth. This model is ideal for Retailers, Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, and other organizations.

A high-density baler constructed of heavy- duty structural steel components combined with a large, industrial-strength motor for superior performance in heavy-duty industrial or recycling applications — ideal for plastic, paper, and non-ferrous metal.
